Senior IT-Consultant (f/m/d),

for our Direct Organization

based in Dresden

The Job

First contact for users on site and on the phone as part of a global support scheme using a professional ITSM tool

Independent acceptance and processing of incoming requests for IT support and requests
Ticket classification, error analysis and implementation of initial solutions
Forward complex queries and problems to the 2nd-Level-Support groups
Acceptance, installation and dispatch of hardware; RMA processing
Control, monitor and delegate tickets in accordance with the SLAs
Documentation of solution descriptions and maintenance of the knowledgebase
Participation in IT projects

Your Profile

Graduate in information technology or equivalent experience
Several year work experience in a similar position within an corporate environment
Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Complex understanding of end user device (Desktops, Notebooks etc.) administration
Excellent communication and organization skills
Teamwork oriented and good command of English and German language
Valid and existing residence and work permit for Germany
