In Dresden we design, verify, validate and test many of our semiconductor products in the automotive space. As an onsite member of our Project Office your focus is on project quality and progress against plan to ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges.



For our Team in Dresden we are currently looking for a


Project Manager (f/m/d) Automotive R&D


in order to drive multiple complex and multisite R&D projects in the semiconductor space.



In this role you will:

  • Plan, setup and track the development project for a successful achievement of all project targets.
  • Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and ensure hand-over to operations for production ramp-up as main contact person for all questions regarding the project.
  • Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within the project to Project Leads and Project Members.
  • Structure projects, ensure compliance and hold project team accountable.


To thrive in this role you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Microelectronics or similar
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience, thereof 4+ years in Project Management
  • A keen understanding of product- and process development in terms of project initiation, planning and tracking, including reporting and documentation
  • Experience in ISO26262 compliant product development and a strong familiarity with the semiconductor design environment
  • Know-how and experience in interdisciplinary fields of product development (e.g. Test Development, Development Methodology)
  • English skills (business fluent)
