Process Engineer for Finaltest (m/w/d)

based out of our office in Dresden, Germany

In your role as Process engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of stable, innovative and cost-effective processes in the area of Finaltest/ProductFinish.

This is the perfect position to constantly develop expert knowledge, strengthen your position as a technical expert and helping us to develop our products and production processes further.

The Job

• Responsible for the development and implementation of stable, innovative and cost-effective processes in the area of Finaltest/ProductFinish
• Responsibility for the execution and implementation of appropriate control methods
• Planning and execution of process experiments (DoEs)
• Preparation of production relevant documents, execution of risk analyses
• Execution of trainings for shift personnel
• Successful communication and collaboration with other departments as well as Renesas production sites worldwide.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in the fields of electronics/electrical engineering or industrial electronics
• Independent, engaged way of working and motivation
• Good command of English
• Fast decision making, high sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Practical experience in a process area in semiconductor manufacturing (wafer frontend or the backend desirable, but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of PC software; MS Office
• Programming knowledge beneficial
