Principal Accountabilities: 

· Develop analog circuit models and system models that enable efficient and accurate verification of functionality and connectivity within the integrated system, and update the models as needed as their design progresses. · Work with designers to ensure that the developed models are adequate functional models of their sub-system blocks. · Implement simulation testbenches/tests that verify the product’s usage scenarios. · Be responsible for complete system level (analog + digital + external components) verification. · Communicate with analog and digital designers to resolve issues found during verification.

· Ability to create and deliver results from test sequences within scheduled delivery date · Ability to create automated/self-checking results to facilitate the reporting of quantified passing requirements · Ability to create functionally equivalent models to the associated portions of the design.

5 Knowledge, Skills and Experience: (What is required for fully acceptable performance in the job? Years experience, specific skills/knowledge – technical and non technical)

· Experience with creating and using real-numbered models in SystemVerilog or analog behavioral models in Verilog-A/MS. · Familiar with EDA design tools and Cadence design environment · Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with the ability to take ownership and help to ensure that a task is complete on time · developing a list of tests from the datasheet to determine chip coverage · creation and maintenance of testbench and design files for simulation regression runs · delegation of tests to a group of verification engineers and assist with troubleshooting

 BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
