Title:  Customer Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/d)

The Role

 

  • Handle customer component returns
  • Perform electrical debug of returns
  • Communicate results internally and with customers (RMA status/analysis steps)
  • Control and review failure analysis tasks
  • Generate, issue and communicate FA / RMA / 8D reports internal and with customer
  • Implement and verify actions identified
  • Drive open customer complaints to be closed within target cycle time
  • Interact with Customer and the contract manufacturer
  • Ensure that the RMA database is maintained properly (document FA steps, closing cases in DB when final report is sent)
  • Spread gained information to other projects (lessons learned), Maintain “Lessons learned”

 

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Knowledge of electronic circuit operation (digital and analog) and lab equipment
  • Proven ability to build and modify PCBs for evaluation and test purposes per engineering team requirements
  • Experience in researching, identifying and sourcing components from vendors based on specifications
  • Ability to multi-task and organize own work
  • Analytic problem solving
  • Good communicator
  • Proactive and self motivated
  • German language knowledge is advantage
