Job Summary:

• Drive subcons delivery performance to meet company expectation/goal.
• Follow up with subcon monthly forecast committed cap allocation & negotiation.
• Manage subcons WIP & materials inventory.
• Build good relationship & partnership with subcons.
• Participate in system improvement activities.

Your New Role:

• Manage die loading to subcons.
• Manage assembly & test subcons performance.
  • Raw material management.
  • Wip management.
  • On time delivery & cycle time
• Manage subcon monthly forecast committed allocation & negotiation.
  • Follow up monthly subcon forecast commit respond within timeline given.
  • Negotiate sufficient subcon capacity allocation to meet BU forecast revenue ship plan. Escalate for help when require.
  • Monitor actual loading & forecast attainment.
• Activate technical/engineering support, as and when needed to clear issue that impact delivery/performance.
• Coordinate subcon annual inventory reconciliation.
• Manage DOI & avoidances plan
  • Small lots changes
  • Minimize fast track
  • Priority forecast/loading to lower cost location.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Degree in any discipline.
• Preferable with supply chain planning experience with semiconductor manufacturing  background.
• Able to work & communicate well with  OSATs .
• Work independently with less supervision.  
• Agile in respond to change in timely manner. Recognize the situation, make decision & act with velocity.
• Willing to take challenge with positive attitude.
