Sales Operations Analyst 


  • Develop complex business analytics using big data analytics in sales funnel management to monitor the health of the funnel, sales discipline and funnel conversion.
  • Support ad-hoc Sales or Business analytics to aid decision-making process using supporting data.
  • Lead cross–functional projects and build consensus within internal and external stakeholders to implement new or enhanced services, changes to business models and process improvement and efficiencies.
  • Analyze, document and implement business processes, workflows and business system enhancements.



  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in operations, sales and/ or marketing within semiconductor industry.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions in improving sales velocity and efficiencies.
  • Advanced critical thinking and excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (CRM applications, analytics and reporting).
  • Effective organizational, problem-solving skills with a high attention and time management skills.
  • Superb oral and written communication, with ability to handle and protect confidential information.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
