Job Function:  Accounting

  Job Responsibility

  • Carry out daily operation for Account Receivables (“AR”)/Account Payables (“AP”)/Treasury
  • To check AP trade invoices batches & monthly consignment data and proceed verification in SAP.
  • Arrange for banking payment, batch and confirm foreign and local currency payment/collection on time.
  • To prepare monthly purchase/sales report and payment/collection report in order to ensure the data is tied with the monthly closing report.
  • Check credit note & debit note created by buyer/shipper in order to make sure it is correct.

 

         Job Requirement

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
  • Required Skills : Has knowledge in Excel

                                  : Experience in using SAP is an advantage

  • Willing to learn and work independent with minimal supervision
