Job Summary:

Perform Failure Analysis on rejects for all products including for internal/external requestor to determine the root cause of failure.

Your New Role:

• Perform Failure Analysis on rejects for all products including automotive for external customer.
• Perform Failure Analysis on rejects for all products for internal qual, production low yield & NPI requests.
• FA Equipment Owner - Ensure FA equipment are in good condition.
• Develop FA methodology for new products and continuous FA improvement.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• BS degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor failure analysis.
• The candidate must have good skill set in die level de-processing and package level cross sectioning.
• Good understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication process.
• Knowledge in package assembly front of line & end of line processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as technical report writing skill.
