Title:  ENGINEER

To manage the task of Quality Assurance for the products under his/her charge to ensure that the products, leaving the company meet the standards for quality set by the company.

- To liaise with customer through sales office on any quality related matter.
- To coordinate on corrective action for any quality problem occurring at QA, reliability, and customers.
- To perform failure analysis on reliability, QA and customer detected defects and generate reports if  necessary.
- To initiate / participate in quality improvement projects.
- To assist QA Manager as per required and work towards QA department objectives.
