| Responsibilities: | 1 | Collaborating with stakeholders on product development and promotional strategies. |
| 2 | Collaborating with Overseas Sales Office (OSC) for promotional strategies. | |
| 3 | Contributing to marketing strategies by researching market trends and associated technologies | |
| 4 | Developing technical marketing materials and products, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors. | |
| 5 | Preparing and delivering product presentations (incl. digital work) and performing product demonstrations to sales/marketing/customer | |
| 6 | Answering client queries and providing technical product support | |
| 7 | Training sales personnel and customer on product specifications and functionalities. | |
| 8 | Documenting processes and compiling user manuals, user guide, OI, application notes for customers | |
| 9 | Determining the technical scope of envisaged projects and providing technical input. | |
| 10 | Anticipating technical product needs and integrating desired functionalities into the design/application. | |
| 11 | Supporting technical teams in marketing events, product launches, and client locations. | |
| 12 | Able to travel domestic or overseas over short or long period to support customers and corporation. |
