Description: 

Job responsibilities:
Provide support to the sales, marketing and FAE team.
Access the Sales data, Annual Budget information, Design Funnel data to prepare reports that are meaningful to the sales team.
Create the weekly reports, monthly reports and other related data in the prescribed formats.
Co-ordinating with the CSR team, Global Sales operations team and other sales resources teams on a regular and time to time basis.
Should have experience in handling Annual sales forecasts, budget preparations, medium term forecast preparations etc.
Need to  handle the logistics portion and communication with the customer, Renesas Sales member and Renesas Quality team for Failure Analysis of failed products in the field/returned by customers.
Communicate with Mailing/Courier agencies to work on importing samples, tools and customs department.
Excellent knowledge of office tools such as MS Excel, Power point, emailing systems, etc are a must.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or commerce with five years of experience in the relevant field.
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a must.
At least 3 years of hands on experience in using salesforce.com, ModelN(Agirity System), Citirx/Rainbow systems and SAP.
Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
