Background of Recruitment:

The importance of IR practices is increasing as its practices are needed to procure finances that fuel continuous business growth.
Our business area, the semiconductor industry, is a core contributor to developing a data-centric world through Cloud and AI. The importance of IR and its relevance in securing finances is also increasing for Renesas. In this dynamically changing industry, we would like you to improve corporate values by directly working with the CEO, CFO and management team, and correctly communicating our business direction to Securities Analysts and Institutional Investors as the leader of the IR team. In addition, we would like you not only to build up experiences in IR but also to improve the skills of the team as a whole, as the leader.



- Earnings: quarterly Earnings, creating legal disclosure documents, operation of Earnings releases, collecting and summarizing various financial data

- Communication with analsyst and domestic/overseas investors: setting meetings, attending meetings and conducting QA
- IR events: Planning and operation of investor related events such as Analyst Day        


Required Skills and Work Experience:


- Understanding of financial statements and analysis skills (basic knowledge of accounting)
- Undersianding of finances (equity)
- Ability to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- English communication skills (Business English)
- Ability to respond to challenging assignments flexibly and with speed with a short notice
- Experience in IR (5 years' experience in IR or IR related skills such as finances and consultation)

- Japanese skill level: Native or advanced business level 

- English skill level: Advanced business level


- Someone who can stand as a team leader and take on challenges in this dynamically changing semiconductor industry
