[Background of Recruitment]

With the era of fully autonomous driving approaching, in order to increase its presence in the market, we need to satisfy various things such as ensuring redundancy against malicious attacks and failures, cost reduction, power consumption reduction, environmental resistance (EMC), etc.

To address this issue, we are looking for engineers who can execute product specification design and system architecture design including MCU using the BiCD process that can mount analog circuits, large-scale logic circuits, and power devices (DMOS) together.  



The systematization of mixed-signal LSIs for automobiles is accelerating, system architect design based on the co-design of analog and digital, furthermore MBD (Model Based Development) on system of vehicle or ECU level are becoming important.  In the future, as autonomous driving progresses, you will lead development management and design development based on your own system architect design technology.
 1. Design of product specifications, feasibility study and cost estimation for commercial plannning.
 2. Technical communciation with customers and users.
 3. System architect design, digital design and test design.
 4. Model Based Development.
 5. Managenent of corraboration with IDH.
 6. Engineering work including evaluation and testing.

 · Experience of system architect  design
 · Experience of specification design of mixed signal product 
 · Experience in leading of RF device development


More than one of the following skills

 · Experience in customer communication to support development of semiconductor devices 
 · Experience of MBD
 · Experience of digital design
 · Product development experience for automotive application
 · Project management skill
 · Experience in BIST/BOST design
 · Knowledge and experience of functional safety (ISO 26262)
 · Experience of mechatoronics system design and verification using MATLAB or Saber.
