[Background of Recruitment]

We have business portfolio to make growing RF devices in automotive application as one of key "cash-cow" in automotive analog business, for instance, Radar MMIC for ADAD/AD system and UWB for next generation of smart key fob to prevent relay attack hackings. To keep momentum for this RF business in automotive industry, we highy welcome applicants who want to contribute its experiences to lead our business and development. 

 

[Responsibilities]

In movement for "smart-phonized", more transplantation of RFIC devices for automotive grade from commercial use will be accelerated in near future. We are recuruiting human resource who own experience in development and expertise for RF devices amd be willing to lead those automotive RF device development.  
 1. Design of product specifications, feasibility study and cost estimation for commercial plannning.
 2. Technical communciation with customers and users.
 3. Managenent of corraboration with IDH, those who design RF circuitry or chip.
 4. Negotiation with outsourcing fab for production of RF devices towards prodcution.
 5. Engineering work incl. evaluation and testing.

 

[Required Skills and Work Experience]

[Must]

 · Circuit or layout design experience of RF products (LNA, Mixer, Power amplifier, PLL, etc)
 · Testing experience of RF system or components
 · PCB design and evaluation experience for RF devices
 · Experience in leading of RF device development

[Want]

More than one of the following skills
 · Experience in customer communication to support development or promotion of semiconductor devices 
 · Product development experience for automotive application
 · Project management skill
 · Experience in tet development for mass production
 · Antenna technology
 · Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)
 · System architect experience of wireless communication
